1970, in the State of Nevada. The Association is responsible for the
management, maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the
common areas and exterior of the units within the Association. The
Association consists of 326 developed units and 3 lots located in Zephyr

NOTICE of BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
The
Lake Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors will hold its
regularly scheduled Board of Director’s Meeting on Saturday,
May 19, 2012 at 9:00 am. This will also include the Annual
Members Meeting.The location of this year's Annual Meeting (same as last year) will be at the middle floor of the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority Building located at 169 Highway 50, Stateline, across from Lakeside Hotel & Casino, in the Meeting room used by the Douglas County Commissioners and Chamber of Commerce.
Members will receive the agenda via email.
