Lake Village is a private residential community located on 52 acres and comprised of 330 town home units near beautiful Lake Tahoe. We are less than one mile from the casinos and beach and less than two miles from the Gondola at Heavenly.

Lake Village's recreation area has something for everyone. A large swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, saunas; and hiking near by.

We also have tennis courts and pickle ball courts. For the kids we have a playground, and in the Clubhouse we have a ping pong and a pool table.
