Overnight Visitors are required to come to the office and get parking passes upon arrival. If they arrive after we close, please have them check in at the Clubhouse the following day when we open. Units without a usable garage are limited to two (2) cars maximum.
Quiet time is 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Make sure your Visitors are advised of this rule. We have procedures in place to report noise complaints after 10 pm including contacting the Douglas County Sheriff which could result in a minimum of a Violation notice & fine to the unit’s owner.
All Trash MUST BE BAGGED and placed in the Bear-proof container provided for that unit. Please make sure the unit is well stocked with trash bags. If the Visitors need an additional trash pick-up, have them call the office at 775-588-4840. There is no charge for this.
Please complete the applicable forms below and bring it to the Clubhouse
upon arrival for your parking passes.
